ReplySurrendering guns in NJ is anonymous (correct me if i'm wrong). So gang members, go sell their no longer working weapons and get a really good price and then go back on the streets and buy another fire arm. I don't think people understand that it's easier for criminals to walk down the street and buy a machine gun then it is to buy a pistol legally. Banning guns will work just like making drugs illegal has done so much. Oh wait..

I don't think they would buy a vehicle they couldn't house in the current facility. Common sense.

Hey everyone complaining about the police on here. Next time you're in trouble, call a crack head instead! Because according to you the police shouldn't be DOING THEIR JOBS. No plates could be a stolen car, a car being used for a robbery or burglary or any number of things. But hey, if you have it your way this person could have just been let go and gone and killed your family member. Would you still not want the police to have chased her and arrested her? Hmmmm

ReplyUs tax payers for sure get our money's worth with the police officers we have in town. I don't see any other surrounding town with a police blotter with so many officer's going out and handling the criminals in town.

Something that happens pretty frequently, just not always reported in the news i guess. With more news sites like this, you seem to find out about it more it seems.

Why do tax dollars go to beaches that the public isn't allowed on. There is no arguing that statement. If you own a beach club, you should be the one responsible for footing the bill.

Reply1). If the bridge needs to be fixed, it needs to be fixed. Would you rather it happen during the summer.
2). Gotta love tax payer money going to the beaches that we have to pay to get on. It's ridiculous we have beach clubs. Should be like the west coast or down south, miles and miles of beach for the public. Instead of yuppie land, aka sea bright in the summer.

Stay classy Rumson! And to the person saying "dad didn't hit anyone or do anything but watch" I guess all the witnesses just decided to choose a random person to accuse of doing something.... Not so much. And running into the catcher is a part of baseball, you attempt to get the catcher to drop the ball. Common practice.
