A graduate of the University of Connecticut, I lived and worked in New York City for several years. Employed by Home Box Office, I enjoyed my position as a Human Resource Associate until I chose an extremely early "retirement" to become a full-time artist.
Originally from Bergen County, I have called Brick Township home for fourteen years. I love living, painting, blogging and writing by the creek with my husband and Portuguese water dog, Hooper, nearby. I also love to write for young people and I am a Brick Township Substitute teacher and was an ice-skating instructor for several years.
I look forward to covering Arts and Entertainment events for the Brick Patch.
My Blog, http://www.nationaldogweekbook.wordpress.com was established in 2010 to encourage the intelligent exchange about the state of the American dog in the states of the nation.
