  Your right I was not there, and neither were you until after the fact, If you are who you say! Maybe you should sit and think about what your son and his friends are saying to other children about the accident. Children dont always tell their parents the truth!! I have judged you for your comments along this thread about the driver of the vechile. You have no solid proof that she sped up, didnt see the boys, what other cars were sitting there to block her view or the boys at that matter, that she didnt try to stop when she did see them. How do you know she was rushing, she could have simply came upon the light that turned green and she stepped on her gas peddle which Im sure you have many many times when you have come upon a light that has turned green. Im not saying the boys ran out in front of her, I believe it was an accident and feel bad for all parties involved. I am sure your upset and I understand that as Im sure I woud be as well, my judgement on you is only what you have shown, nothing more nothing less! Have a wonderful day and know that I am very happy your son is ok along with everyone else involved and I hope everyone can move forward healthy and happy!!!

  How are you finding time to be on this thread if your child just got hit bt a car? One would think you would be at the hospital by his bed side or taking care of him at home..... or maybe you are the childs Mother who actually ran into the car and didnt get hit?? In any case you shouldnt be on a thread spreading all of these lies. You were not there, you have no idea what happened. I find it very very sad if you are one of the Mothers that you woud even have it in your heart to be sitting on a computer saying what you are saying and not taking care of your son, or out and about helping your son's friends families that had their sons rushed to JSMC!! Sickening to me.

  @Alicia, The drivers phone is missing, thats no big deal. They can pull her records. Im fiding it very hard to believe you are a parent with the way you are acting on this thread. Any parent in their right mind isnt going to throw information around like this on a public thread. If you are so concerned about the boys then go make dinner for the families while they sit in the hospital with their child and get off this thread spreading rumors all you are doing is making it worse for them! Your making matters worse for all parties involved now go pray that the boy has a full recovery and the driver also!!

  The third child did not get hit by the car, he ran into the side of it, he did not black out from the accident. He refused medical treatment. If he had blacked out he would have been brought to the hospital via ambulance. Do not start rumors!! Thats the last thing anyone involved needs....

  It is also the responsibilty of a pedestrian to know their surroundings! Why is it so hard for people to just say its an "accident". Again what about the "truck" that was blocking view for both the driver and the kids? Are they to blame simply ecause they sat there? Come on this is a terrible tradegy for all parties involved. Say a pray that the child wakes up and is fine and the other children can move past this and be ok and also the driver and her family as well.
