Second Victim of Cherry Quay Crash Succumbs to Injuries
Death of Steven M. Wilson, 21, brings township's auto death toll to 6 in 2012, double 2011's number
The passenger in a vehicle involved in a Nov. 24 crash on Cherry Quay Road died early Tuesday morning at a local hospital, officials said. Brick resident Steven M. Wilson, 21, was a passenger in the 2009 Infiniti G37 being driven by Waleed M. Emara, 23, who died at Jersey University Medical Center, Neptune, the day after the accident. Wilson died just after 2 a.m. Tuesday at the same hospital. Wilson had been listed in critical condition there since the accident occurred, officials said. Though the investigation into the crash is continuing, Brick Police Sgt.
