Brick Man, 30, Among Those Charged in Wall Drug Probe

Man arrested, then wanted on additional drug charges

A tip from a Wall Township resident led to the arrest of a group of people on various drug charges to begin the new year in that town, including a Brick man, police said. Police were called to 2379 Peter Court, adjacent to the Edgar Felix Bike Path, around 10:30 p.m. Jan. 2 to investigate a suspicious person report, Sgt. Erik Ertle said. There, property owner David Migliore, 50, told officers that he and two others were placing wildlife cameras on different locations of the 12-acre property, Ertle said. Migliore was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Newark. He was escorted back to his home where police found heroin. Two others also were arrested: Rande Palmer, 34, of Peter Court, was arrested and charged with identity theft, …
