Brick, county authorities arrested a Birch Street resident Feb. 17
A Brick man is behind bars after being arrested on multiple charges stemming from a sexual assault on an 11-year-old girl. Floyd Sinclair Jr., 39, was arrested Feb. 17 after the parents of the girl brought her to Brick police headquarters to report the assault, which they said occurred at a sleepover at Sinclair’s Birch Drive residence the night before, according to Sgt. Keith Reinhard. Sinclair is a relative of the victim, Reinhard said. Detective Timothy McCarthy from the Brick Police Investigations Unit and Detective Lindsay Woodfield from the Ocean County Prosecutors Office investigated and, as a result, arrested Sinclair. I think all child molesters should get death penalty. It's not bad enough they get a smack n their hand and get out in no time at all, maybe get parole which is also a joke, no one patrols parole enough the poor child has to worry the may see them again or most likely he molests another child.
