Thank you Steve!!! I'm glad to hear someone is in my corner. The car I purchased from Michele motors was "tampered with" according to my mechanic. The check engline light was squeezed with pliers so it wouldn't work. If the bulb worked we would have know the car my daughter purchased would never be able to pass inspection. My daughter went back to MIchele Motors the day it failed NJ inpection Crying!! We were told tough you signed the paper.She went back a second time CRYING.This car cost her all the money she had. He said he would get her a new bulb for $200. (autozone $4.99). And Dear Ms Blastman LOL thank your lucky stars that you haven't had a problem at Michele Motors. And you don't have to look at a car sitting in your driveway that won't pass the NJ State Inspection. And your daughter didn't spend every dollar she saved since she was 16 years old on a car that Mike said "you will never have a problem with this car passing inpection, it's the best car on the lot". When you start wiping your daughters tears every day and walking in hear shoes. Then you can have room to talk about us.

@Ms. Blazeman- I agree with you 100% with Michele Motors being a great experience. Mike has worked with me on several occasions because of my cash flow being tight and has also fixed things for me when asked. People expect things instead of asking. Like asking for a guarantee it will pass inspection upon purchase or taking it to a mechanic before buying it. I'm sure after being open for 3 decades he knows how to work with the people. I would recommend this place to friends & family alike.
@Steve- Surprisingly you used your numbers correctly. Good for you! Lets work on proof reading and spellcheck next time so I don't have to get my decoder ring out to translate your incomplete sentences and misspelled words. Bottom line anyone can post anything on here whether its a "rant"(Like that? I used quotation marks. Because I'm quoting you. We'll cover quotations in the next post, I don't want you passing out on me.) and/or opinion. Chances are you and Rip Off know each other or are one in the same person. Maybe instead of trying to go about bashing a family owned business that's been in Brick probably before you and will no doubt outlast you, use the time to work on the more important things in life like grammar. This is just my opinion. This is just my "rant".
@Ms. Blazeman
1st - Please do not others what to do. You do not have that right.
2nd - Just because you've had a great experience, others haven't. Just as you got a bad new car & I'm sure you complained, others have the right to complain when Michelle Motors doesn't help when you buy a defective or problem car there.
3rd - No one is looking for prefection, the guy just wants the car he bought to pass inspection, that isn't perfection - it's basic consideration from the dealership his daughter bought her car from. Once again, if your car from Michelle Motors didn't pass inspection after you bought it, I'm sure you'd feel differently.
Your whole rant makes no sense - Glad you've had such a "great experience" but obviously everyone doesn't share that warm & fuzzy feeling. You do not have the right give people that feel they have been wronged a hard time. You posted your opinion! The guy with the car posted the car will not pass inspewction after buying it & that is FACT!
I want to share this with all of you who are coming on here and posting bad stuff about Michele Motors....I am a single mom and I have had nothing but great experiences with this car lot. The people there are wonderful and I am now on my fourth car from there and I love it. All you people below should find something better to do with your time than write bad reviews on places because quite frankly if these cars aren't good enough for you go get a brand new car from a dealership and let them rip you off like they tried me! I bought a brand new car from Mitsubishi and it had 300 miles on it, and I had nothing but problems since I pulled off their car lot. It doesn't matter where you buy your cars from, you can find a bad car anywhere!! Its like anything in life...nothing is perfect! Thank you Michele Motors for taking care of my family the way you do and have.
Hey Ripoff ---you impress me. I spent 11 years in the car business & agree with everything you are doing to get the kids car fixed. Anyone that sells a car & refuses to guarantee inspection should be ashamed of themselves!!! Keep it going bro!! Make them pay in bad word of mouth if they will not make good on the deal.
The worst!!!!!!!! Never heard of a dealer like this place. Purchased car will not pass the NJ inspection. The owner Michael Pallante of Michele Motors Rt. 88 in Brick doesn't care once he get's your cash, he forgets your name. Just purchased the car and can't drive it. Thanks for sticking it to us Michele Motors. Your a HELL of a man!!!!!!!!!
Never ever again!! Buyer beware. My daughter bought a car here. Drove it out of the lot, failed inspection. There answer tough S**t. Failed for check engine light removed and emission. Now we are stuck with the car. No money to fix it so it passes inspection.That we have owned for a week. My daughter left their lot in tears!! With a broken car they sold her. Shame on you!!
I have been driving for 17 years and I have never bought a car from anywhere BUT Michele Motors. I've always received great service and a great vehicle. The owner and his wife are there every day and have the best sense of humor. I believe in buying used, and supporting the economy in my hometown is important to me so I buy local.
I made the mistake of buying a car there and have been regretting it ever since. Three days after I bought it the engine light came on and it's been downhill from there. When I went back to see if they'd share the costs of repairs (With the problems the vehicle had, they had no right selling it for what I paid) the owner told me that it wasn't his problem. Well, what is your problem is reviews like these which I'm going to plaster all over the internet. It's not because you're a jerk. It's because the way you go about doing things is simply bad business. Very bad business.

I know people who went there and regret their decision.
DISGUSTING!!!!!
