Friendly cashier, food not as good as with previous owners. Eat in service not so good.
I have been eating at Lo's Garden since I first moved to Brick in 1969 and it was always the best Chinese food around. Since it was sold several years ago, the quality of the food quickly went downhill! I would never eat there again nor would I recommend it to anyone.
I am suprised by the negative reviews. Lo's gardens has been a staple in the area for a long time. The food was good with the previous owners and it is just as good now. The staff is always friendly and the service is what you would expect.
Went there with a friend visiting from Korea about 5 years ago for dinner. Staff was very unfriendly. The food was meh.
Tried Lo's when new owners first took over a couple years ago. My son found a giant trimmed fingernail in his fried rice, after putting it in his mouth! Needless to say he vomited several times that night. I notified the Ocean County Board of Health and hopefully they set them straight. We will NEVER EVER go there again.
