Jersey Mike's Subs will be holding a Subs for Sean Martyn Fundraiser beginning tomorrow the 24th at 10 AM and running through Monday the 27th until 9 PM.
A printable coupon will be posted on Jersey Mike's Subs Facebook Page starting tomorrow morning. There will be a few cards in both stores to hand out to people that ask for them.
If you would like to contribute to the fundraiser, all you have to do is bring the printed coupon or the coupon card to either store location on one of the days, and they recieve a free regular sub with a $2 donation to the Martyn Family.
Bring your free sub card to either location and receive any regular sub free, with a minimum $2.00 donation to the Martyn family.
WHO IS SEAN MARTYN?
Sean was a football player and a Senior at Brick High School when he became very ill. Sean had developed a malignant tumor in his brain. The family poured their savings into healthcare for Sean.
In October 2010 Jersey Mike's Subs was given the opportunity to attend a Brick High School Football game and set up their Jersey Mike's Subs tent to sell subs and raise money Sean Martyn. Jersey Mike's Subs raised $1,200+ dollars for Sean that night - an amazing feat. Sean and his family were very grateful for JMS's help.
This past November, Sean came into our Brick Plaza location with a huge smile on his face. The treatments we a success and Doctors diagnosed him as cancer free! Incredibly happy for Sean, Jersey Mike's Subs sat him down, and bought him a regular #13.
Just last week, Sean's Uncle Tom called to update JMS that Sean was back at Robert Wood Johnson and has taken an extreme turn for the worse. Sean's cancer has returned and additionally, has spread throughout his bones and his blood.
