FINAL BOATER CERTIFICATION CLASS IN BRICK

 U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 16-05 of Brick, NJ has announced the last date that their boater certification class will be offered until autumn. They will be presenting “About Boating Safety” on June 4th at the Brick Civic Plaza on Chambers Bridge Road and Sprucewood Drive in Brick. The class will run from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and involves 8 hours of classroom study.The boater education and safety law now being enforced in NJ mandates that all persons age 16 and older who operate power vessels exceeding 12 feet in length or a jet ski must be certified to do so. You will be certified immediately upon passing the test given at the end of the class.

 The $55 per person fee includes the text book, handouts and all materials used in the class. Beverages and snacks will be provided throughout the day. Pre-register by calling 732-899-0368.
