The Brick Township Board of Education will hold a special meeting at 6:30 tonight to discuss an Energy Savings Improvement Plan.
A new State law allows government agencies to make energy related improvements to their facilities and pay for the costs using the value of energy savings that result from the improvements. The process is called an ESIP.
Brick schools have called a special meeting to discuss an ESIP. It is the only item on tonight's agenda.
The meeting is at Brick Township High School at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 17. The board of education will also hold its regularly scheduled monthly meeting 7 p.m. Dec. 19.
