Brick School Budget Presentation Tonight

Tax levy differs from draft budget

The 2013-14 Brick school district budget will be presented at Thursday's Board of Education meeting.

The budget advertised in an agenda for the meeting calls for a $98,525,693 tax levy, compared to a $97,657,630 tax levy presented in a tentative budget announced last month.

The total school budget will be $146,592,187, up from $144,695,023 in the tentative spending plan.
