Some Brick Polling Places to Change

Primary election set for June 5

Some Brick residents will vote in a new location on June 5, the date of the state's primary election.

Districts 12 and 14 residents will vote at the Cedar Village clubhouse instead of the Old Guard building, where polling previously took place.

Voters in district 51 will vote at the Princeton Commons clubhouse.

Township Clerk Lynnette Iannarone also said the polling place for districts 15 and 18 will be moved from Midstreams Elementary School to the Princeton Commons Clubhouse.

"The room that we were using at Midstreams school was very small," Iannarone said.

Residents of all districts will be notified by mail of their new polling place, and it will appear on their sample ballots.

As there are no council seats up for grabs this year in Brick, no municipal candidates will appear on the ballot. School board elections are nonpartisan in Brick, so candidates for those seats will not appear on the ballot either.
