Frederick John LaVergne, here - "Democratic Republican" for Congress in the Third District...My running mates Tracy Caprioni, Scott Newman, and I are Conservative Constitutionalists who are not beholden to either party's puppet-masters or any lobbyists. One of our primary issues is being totally ignored in the press. There is a lawsuit pending in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals that every single person in your community should know about. Oral Arguments are scheduled for 09/14/2012 for "LaVergne v. Bryson, et al" - Docket # 12- 1171 - a suit compelling the recognition and application of the newly discovered ratification of Article the First of the Bill of Rights. If you would like to know more about this, and would like to report the truth to your readership, please reach out to me at upholdtheusconstitution@hotmail.com, or wcprv@hotmail.com. You missed my candidacy, by the way. Make up for it with an interview. I am at your disposal at the second e-mail address. Frederick John LaVergne, "Democratic-Republican" for Congress - NJ Third Congressional District.
