Woman Arrested In Wall For Having Burnt Spoon Used To "Cook Heroin"

A 25-year-old woman was charged in Wall after she was found having a burnt spoon used to cook heroin, police said.

Police said Amanda Terbruggen did possess the drug paraphernia with intent to use.

She also had a hypodermic needle that she intended to use to inject heroin, police said.

She was arrested on $2,000 bail, police said.
