Two Brick Residents Arrested by Sheriff's Department

82 arrests made countywide

The Ocean County Sheriff's Department arrested two Brick residents during the month of September, officials reported on Tuesday.

Countywide, the agency arrested 82 people, including nine who were wanted for child support arrears totaling $100,892.

  • 9/5/12 – James A. White, age 41, of Rose Manor Court was arrested by Sheriff’s Detectives/Deputy US Marshals T. Duffy and R. Trainor on a Mercer County Superior Court Warrant for failure to appear for a intake conference original charges of  aggravated assault with serious bodily injury. White was processed and lodged in the Ocean County Jail with no option of bail.
  • 9/24/12 – Samuel Patriaco, 24, of Primrose Place was arrested by Sheriff’s Detectives R. Stark and M. Petrucelli on a Superior Court Warrant for failure to comply with the Intensive Supervision Program. Patriaco was processed and lodged in the Ocean County Jail with no option of bail.
