A good start would be to stop sending addicts to jail and prison and instead send them to treatment.I am sorry for your loss.

so sorry for your loss and what your family has gone through. my god give you the strength. My brother was an addict when he was younger and I seen the pain it put my mother through. I think this is what kept me away from drugs. There just doesnt seem to be enough punishment for those who sell the drugs. I think this is one reason why things are going crazy with drugs. No fear of penalty.
