OC Sheriff Makes 4 Brick Arrests in February

Four arrested in Brick by Ocean County Sheriff's officers in February

Four Brick residents were arrested by the Ocean County Sheriff's Office in February.

  • Jason Tirado, 30, of Schindler Drive, accused of owing $2,668 in child support.
  • Ryan George Emmett, 25, of David Place, charged with owing $1,707 in child support.
  • Laura Desimone, 20, of Herkimer Road, accused of failing to appear for a pre-trial intervention hearing after being charged with drug distribution.
  • Joanne McCabe, 23, of Mantoloking Road, charged with failing to comply with Drug Court conditions.

Undersheriff Wayne Rupert said officers made 230 arrests through Feb. 28 and extradited seven fugitives from out of state to face charges in Ocean County.
