Cops: NYC man sucker-punched another man walking his dog

According to a report from Chasing New Jersey, 32-year-old Corey Pohan had a dispute with another man, Paul Martone and it was all caught on camera.

This fight was over the fact that Martone believed Pohan tried stepping over his Chihuahua to get to the curb. The fight started as a verbal argument then Pahon punched Martone in the face, which caused Martone to fall to the ground.

He was arrested this week at his mother's home in Lakewood.
