A minor fire reportedly in the bathroom fan of a Bayview Court condominium in Brick Township was under control before 4:30 p.m. Sunday.
Herbertsville Fire Co. and township fire inspectors were among the responding officers to the minor fire, overhauling the damaged room and ceiling panels to one unit.
The single-story apartment's neighboring properties were reportedly unaffected by the incident.
