Middletown Police Blotter: July 20-27

Drug arrests, simple assault, unlawful possessions of weapons and contempt of court warrants. Names of arrested parties and charges released by police.

Information as released by the Middletown Police Dept. An arrest does not indicate a conviction. Unless noted, all persons were released pending a court date. 

James Koenig, 55, of Brainard Avenue in Port Monmouth, was arrested on July 22 by Ptl. Keith Hirschbein on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $100 bail.

Peter Zagajec, 39, of Branson Drive in Lincroft, was arrested on July 22 by Ptl. Anthony Gigante on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Middletown, Manchester and Tinton Falls Municipal Court. He was held on $1,499 bail.

Regina Hayden, 57, of Morgan Drive in Middletown, was arrested on July 22 by Ptl. Ryan Riffert for Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon and Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose. She was released pending a court date.

Charles Henshaw, 46, of West Susan Street in Hazlet, was arrested on July 21 by Cpl. Bernie Chenoweth for Disorderly Conduct. He was released pending a court date.

Richard Giordano, 32, of Hemlock Street in Hazlet, was arrested on July 21 by Ptl. Michael Reuter for Driving While Intoxicated. He was released pending a court date.

Gregory Shaw, 47, of South 17th Street in Newark, was arrested on July 21 by Ptl. Anthony Gigante on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $1,000 bail.

Kyle Clayton, 20, of Ironwood Court in Middletown, was arrested on July 21 by Cpl. Richard Fusella for Simple Assault, Criminal Restraint and Criminal Mischief. He was held on $32,500 bail with no 10 percent option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Joseph Milleson, 18, of Westminster Lane in Middletown, was arrested on July 20 by Ptl. Richard Fulham for Receiving Stolen Property and Disorderly Conduct. He was released pending a court date.

Sean Berry, 20, of Ocean Boulevard in Leonardo, was arrested on July 22 by Ptl. Albert Scott for Criminal Mischief. He was released pending a court date.

Jaclyn Whitmyer, 31, of Branch Avenue in Red Bank, was arrested on July 21 by Ptl. Frank Mazza for Driving While Intoxicated. He was released pending a court date.

Joshua Doran, 24, of Michelle Drive in Middletown, was arrested on July 21 by Ptl. Anthony Bumbico on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Red Bank Municipal Court. He was released after posting $250 bail.

Mary Laregina, 38, of Shore Boulevard in Keansburg, was arrested on July 24 by Ptl. John Mele on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Red Bank Municipal Court. She was released after posting $81 bail.

Robert Frazzetto, 24, of Dorothy Court in Middletown, was arrested on July 23 by Police Officer Janine Kennedy on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Freehold Municipal Court. He was released after posting $164 bail.

Dennis Smith, 37, of Shore Drive in Highlands, was arrested on July 23 by Cpl. Gerald Weimer on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Keansburg and Sayreville Municipal Courts. He was held on $3,850 bail.

Daniel Wolchesky, 41, of Manning Place in Keansburg, was arrested on July 24 by Cpl. James Keenan on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Tinton Falls, Wall and Toms River Municipal Court and on a Probation warrant issued by the Ocean County Superior Court. He was held on bail.

Christine Dimiceli, 42, of Shore Boulevard in Keansburg, was arrested on July 24 by Ptl. James Beirne and Ptl. Adam Colfer of the Quality of Life Unit for Unlawful Possession of Hydrocodone , Unlawful Possession of Xanax, Possession with the Intent to Distribute Hydrocodone and Xanax, Possession with the Intent to Distribute Hydrocodone and Xanax within 500 Feet of a Public Park. She was released pending a court date.

Ryan Colilla, 29, of Fulton Street in Keyport, was arrested on July 24 by Ptl. Charles Higgins on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Middletown and Howell Municipal Courts. He was held on $1,500 bail.

Thomas Adubato Jr, 33, of Willow Street in Port Monmouth, was arrested on July 24 by Ptl. Joseph Ahlemeyer on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Keansburg Municipal Court. He was held on bail.

Kyle Clayton, 20, of Ironwood Court in Middletown, was arrested on July 25 by Ptl. Michael Reuter for Violation of a Court Order.  He was held on $2,500 bail with a 10 percent option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Shane Kolb, 30, of Highway 36 in Port Monmouth, was arrested on July 25 by Ptl. Keith Hirschbein on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $1,000 bail.

James Gilbert, 22, of Roxbury Road in Belford, was arrested on July 25 by Ptl. Nicholas Fenezia on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $500 bail.

Gregory Davis, 23, of Crimson King Drive in Holmdel, was arrested on July 25 by Ptl. Nicholas Fenezia on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $250 bail.

William Schelling, 27, of Collins Avenue in Port Monmouth, was arrested by Detective Peter White for Providing False Information on a Firearms Application. He was released pending a court date.

Gabriel Stefanovich, 61, of Oakdale Drive in Middletown, was arrested on July 25 by Ptl. Ryan Riffert for Shoplifting from the Stop and Shop Store. He was released pending a court date.

Raul Farfan, 61, of 15th Avenue in Belmar, was arrested on July 26 by Ptl. Anthony Bumbico for Driving While Intoxicated. He was released pending a court date.

Cyhthia Kaszuba, 55, of Amy Way in Middletown, was arrested on July 26 by Ptl. Michael Nolan for Violation of a Court Order. He was released pending a court date.

Mason Hanson, 24, of 11th Street in Belford, was arrested on July 26 by Ptl. Jason Caruso on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $250 bail.

Brent Stebbins, 25, of Central Place in Belford, was arrested on July 26 by Ptl. Stephen Greenwood on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $1,000 bail.

Noah Smith,31, of Catherine Street in Red Bank, was arrested on July 25 by Ptl. Brady Carr on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Neptune Municipal Court. He was released after posting $100 bail.

Teresa Dicicco, 36, of Seeley Avenue in Keansburg, was arrested on July 27 by Police Officer Larisa Doriety on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. She was held on $500 bail.

Adan Torres, 32, of First Street in Keyport, was arrested on July 26 by Ptl. Keith Hirschbein for Hindering Apprehension. He was released pending a court date.

Christopher Marsillo,19, from Laurel Brook Road in Lincroft, was arrested on July 26,  by Officer James Beirne and Officer Adam Colfer of the Quality of Life Unit for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released pending a court date.

Mackenzie Killeen, 20, from Alimar Drive in Middletown, was arrested on July 26 by Ptl. Ryan Riffert for Criminal Trespass. He was released pending a court date.

Karan Ahlawat, 30, from Memorial Parkway in Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on July 26 by Cpl. Richard Fusella on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. She was released after posting $250 bail.

Nicole Deverikos, 34, from Hudson Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on July 26 by Cpl. Thomas Meckier on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Middletown, Hazlet and Asbury Park Municipal Courts. She was held on $2,502 bail.

Paul Janowski, 52, of Morley Court in Belford, was arrested on July 26 by Detective Kelly Godley for Aggravated Sexual Assault, Aggravated Criminal Sexual Contact, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Providing Alcohol to a Minor. He was held on $252,500 bail set by Judge Thomas Scully on the Monmouth County Superior Court.

Anneke Peck, 38, of White Street in Shrewsbury, was arrested on July 26 by Police Officer Larisa Doriety on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. She was held on $500 bail.

I'm still waiting to see the story of several cars being broken into in north middletown (tanglewood area), an ongoing problem in many neighborhoods in middletown.
