From Spring Lake Heights Police Department:
Joshua J. Vannatten, 18 of Brick was arrested on Blair Court in Spring Lake Heights and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an investigation of a suspicious vehicle parked on the block.
Vannatten was found with four other people in the vehicle, according to
Spring Lake Heights Police Ptl. Zachary Ramp, in an incident at 12:34 a.m. Nov. 30. Two other occupants were charged with being in possession and/or under the influence of alcohol under the legal age. They were issued summons and released.
Spring Lake Heights Ptl. Kenneth Hager made the arrest.
