A Manchester man has been indicted by an Ocean County grand jury last week on a charge of criminal mischief.
Robert Kanaby, 41, is accused of damaging the property of a Brick couple, causing losses in excess of $2,000. He was released on his own recognizance.

- Lauren A. Hand, 23, of Ocean Gate on a drug possession charge.
Hand was arrested Oct. 13 in Brick and accused of having heroin. She was released on a summons.
- Jason L. Kusel, 30, of Brick and Dyanna M. Kohut, 21, of Seaside Park on drug possession charges.
The pair were arrested Oct. 21 in Brick and accused of having heroin. Both were released on summonses.

- James J. Lomonaco, 43, of Arnold Avenue was arrested Sept. 28 and accused of fleeing Beach Detective Clint Daniel.
Lomonaco was initially held on $15,000 bail but posted Oct. 15.
