Brick residents were indicted by an Ocean County grand jury this week on a number of charges, mainly in connection with thefts. Indictments included:
- Michael N. Bocchino, 20, of Maple Street, Summit, charged with receiving a stolen New Holland skid steer owned by Coba Landscaping on Sept. 23 in Brick.
- Henry J. McKay, 26, of Sawmill Road, is accused of breaking into an apartment on River Avenue in Lakewood on Oct. 28 and stealing jewelry, a television set, and a pocketbook.
- Charles R. Kicak, 46, of Oak Avenue, is accused of stealing money from a Toms River woman between Aug. 16 and 26 by promising to do landscaping work that he never completed.
- Peter F. Steffen, 25, of Hawley, Pa., is accused of eluding Trooper R. W. Gilman in Brick on May 7.
