Tierra Morgan-Glover wore a pink, Old Navy pea coat on the afternoon of Nov. 21, 2011, when her father Arthur Morgan III picked her up to take her to see the movie “Happy Feet II., according to a report in the Asbury Park Press.

”The beautiful, 2½-year-old girl wore black tights, a “Hello Kitty” hat and black Nike sneakers with purple accents, a child’s size 8, said Assistant Monmouth County Prosecutor Jordan Williams.
