A fatal accident was reported on the Garden State Parkway northbound south off Exit 91 in Brick, north of Toms River, according to NJ511.
The accident occurred at the Chambers Bridge Road interchange.
The left lane was blocked.
Brick EMS, Medics and fire department responded to the two-car crash on the Parkway, according to emergency personnel
One of the injured persons was pronounced either on the way to the hospital or at the hospital.
