A Brick woman faces several charges from an incident at the Freehold Raceway Mall last week.
Shamera Whitfield, 20is charged with shoplifting for allegedly taking more than $500 worth of merchandise from several stores in the mall on January 16. She is then alleged to have attempted to hide the merchandise in green plastic bags that were put under a 2-year-old in a stroller.
