Governor Chris Christie is heading to the massive Seaside Park boardwalk fire, the governor tweeted just a short time ago.
"En route to Seaside now. Pls keep everyone in the surrounding areas, the firefighters & first responders fighting the blaze in ur prayers," the governor said.
Daniel Nee, a Patch reporter on the scene of the blaze, just reported that Funtown Pier has collapsed into the ocean.
