Brick Woman Indicted in Assault on Another Woman

Ocean County grand jury hands up indictments

A Brick woman has been indicted on a counts of aggravated assault and weapons possession after she allegedly assaulted another woman with a beer glass during a Feb. 25 incident in Point Pleasant.

Donna S. Spangenberg was indicted by an Ocean County grand jury on one count of third-degree aggravated assault and third- and fourth-degree counts of possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose after using a beer glass against Diane Wilson during a confrontation on Feb. 25.

Spangenberg was released after posting $10,000 bail, no 10 percent, on Feb. 26.

Also indicted by the grand jury:

  • Tino Consiglio of Brick and Dylan A. Lomboy and Giana M Raheb, both of Toms River, on a count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, for allegedly having oxycodone in Brick on Jan. 19. Raheb also was indicted on a count of possession with intent to distribute oxycodone, and Consiglio was indicted on a count of distribution of oxycodone. All three were released on summonses.
  • Devon R. Kuehnen of Wall, on third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance, for allegedly having cocaine in Brick on Jan. 14. He was released on a summons.
  • William H. Glass of Brick, on a count of operating a motor vehicle during a license suspension for driving under the influence, in Point Pleasant Beach on Jan. 8. He was released on a summons.
  • Kayson D. Johnson of Brick, on counts of possesssion of a controlled dangerous substance -- cocaine -- and possession with intent to distribute, on Jan. 9 in Lakewood. He was released on a summons.
