Brick Woman Charged With Burglarizing Colts Neck Office, Stealing ATM Card

A 24-year-old Brick woman was charged with stealing an ATM card from a Colts Neck business, according to Monmouth County Courthouse records.

Christina Van Pelt of Kentwood Road allegedly obtained the ATM card and made withdrawals of cash on April 26.

The suspect allegedly entered the Colts Neck business at 440 Route 35, which was not open to the public at the time.

The suspected allegedly forced the door open to the victim's office, entered a desk and removed the card.

The suspect allegedly withdrew money from a trust account.

Van Pelt was lodged on $10,000 bail and is expected to appear in court on May 9.
