Just a couple of questions. What is wax folds used for, are they illegal. Also, you can buy syringes at your local pharmacy without a prescription so why is it illegal to posess them. Sorry just confused, i have very little knowlege of what people do with these wax things, is it wax from a candle?

It is a dose of Heroin contained in a small folded up piece of waxed paper.
