Brick Residents Indicted for Shoplifting

Pair stole stereo from Target store, authorities say

Two Brick residents have been accused by a grand jury of shoplifting from the Route 70 Target store.

John D. Adamczak, 41, of Bayview Drive and Melvin Rodriquez, 24, of Rocky Mountain Blvd. have been indicted for shoplifting a Bose home theater system worth more than $500 from the Target store in Brick on Dec. 4.

  • William O. Richards, 29, of Kickapoo Avenue, Point Pleasant, is charged with breaking into the Riptide Bar on July 29, 2010 and doing more than $500 in damage. On Aug. 7, 2010 he is accused of breaking into the Shore House Tavern and stealing between $500 and $75,000 in cash. On the same day he is accused of breaking into the Cookie Lady Café. Richards is charged with breaking into the China 88 restaurant on Aug. 11, 2010.
  • Matthew Diaz, 42, of Adriana Court, Brick, for having Oxycodone and cocaine in Toms River on May 22.
  • Chrissy M. Dunham, 32, of Bradley Avenue, Staten Island, accused of an aggravated assault on Seaside Heights Ptl. Brian Caffarelli and resisting arrest in Seaside Heights on June 14. Dunham is free on $10,000 bail.
  • Donna Martone, 46, of Hamilton Avenue, Seaside Heights, charged by the grand jury with having heroin there May 18.
