Brick Man Indicted On Auto Burglary Charge

A Toms River man has also been indicted for an incident in Brick

An Ocean County grand jury is charging a Mayfair Court, Brick Township man with breaking into a vehicle there on March 11.

The panel indicted Patrick Brennan, 21, accusing him of burglarizing a Ford Explorer owned by Kenneth Mnich.

Brennan is free on $10,000 bail.

Other local indictments include:

  • Paul R. Kravitz, 31, of Pinewood Road, Toms River, is charged with trying to get Roxicodone pills from the Breton Woods Pharmacy in Brick using a forged prescription on Jan. 24.  He is also accused of passing a forged or altered prescription to make it appear that it had been signed by Dr. Anselm Igbanugo.
  • Five Essex County residents charged with using stolen and forged checks at Zaico Inc., Lisa’s B&B Distributors, CHEFM70 LLC, Joseph Eliopoulos LLC Cleanout Service in Toms River, Brick, Barnegat and Jackson between June 18 and July 26. They are Jasoda D. Ganess, 23, Latoya N. Miller, 29, and Tyshell Mangan, 30, all of Newark; Madina E. Bracy, 25, of Elizabeth, and Acelia C.  Davis, 24, of East Orange. They are named in a 21-count indictment accusing them of stealing from the TD and Wachovia banks by passing forged checks totaling more than $10,000.
  • Michael W. Curren, 25, of Roselle, is accused of breaking into the Corner Bagelry on Arnold Avenue in Point Pleasant Beach on Christmas Eve and stealing more than $500 in cash.
