Brick Man Indicted on Assault, Weapon Charges

Grand juries hand up indictments

A Brick man is free on bail after being indicted on charges accusing him of terrorizing a Manchester woman.

Rahsean S. Daniels of Brick was indicted by an Ocean County grand jury last week on terroristic threat, aggravated assault and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose charges, all in the third degree.

Daniels was arrested April 8 in Manchester and accused of threatening to kill a woman with a serrated knife that police said he had in his possession.

He was held on $30,000 bail but posted April 21. He is forbidden contact with the Manchester woman as a condition of bail.

  • Siobhan E. Jackson of Asbury Park on a computer theft charge.

Jackson is accused of authorizing a computer system based in Brick for "the purpose of executing a scheme to defraud or to obtain services, property, personal identifying information or money, the value of which was in excess of $5,000," the indictment states.

She was released on her own recognizance.

  • Peter D. Martin on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under suspension.

Police in Brick said the Toms River man was driving on Sept. 26 while his license was suspended for the second time on DUI charges. He was issued a summons.
