Brick Man Indicted in Pipe Threader Theft
Threader was turned into Cash Converters, authorities say
A Brick man has been indicted in connection with the theft of a rigid pipe threader on Dec. 9 in Bay Head.
William F. Penson was indicted on a counts of third-degree theft and fourth-degree theft by deception, after he allegedly stole the pipe threader from Gene Vonderlinden in Bay Head, and then sold it to Cash Converters of Brick for $200.
He was released on a summons after his arrest.

Also indicted by the grand jury:
• Domenick S. Latorre, Forked River, on a sole count of third-degree theft. He is accused of stealing a boat trailer belonging to John Mcerlean on Nov. 6 in Brick. He was released on a summons after his arrest.
