Brick Man Indicted, Accused of Repeatedly Violating Driving Law

Monmouth indictments handed up

A Brick resident has been indicted by a Monmouth County grand jury on a charge he operated a motor vehicle while his license was suspended or revoked for a second or subsequent time.

Raymond J. Behar, 54, is accused of driving while suspended or revoked May 7 in Tinton Falls, Monmouth County.

The indictment was handed up Tuesday, records show.
