A Brick resident has been indicted by a Monmouth County grand jury and is now facing a 13 drug-related charges for crimes authorities say he committed in Long Branch, Tinton Falls and Eatontown.
Emanuel Navarro, 25, of Briar Mills Lane, has been charged with 4 counts possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), 4 counts of possession of a CDS with intent to distribute, 3 counts of distribution of a CDS and one count each of possession and distribution of a CDS with intent to distribute while or within 500 feet of a public park.
Navarro allegedly sold cocaine to an undercover detective from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) and the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office in Eatontown, Long Branch and Tinton Falls.

All the charges occurred last year in April, May and November.
