Brick Man Accused of Marijuana Distribution

Donovan W. Lewis accused of having more than five pounds of marijuana

A Brick man is facing charges he intended to distribute more than five pounds of marijuana in Lakewood.

Donovan W. Lewis, 28, of Kentwood Boulevard, was indicted by an Ocean County grand jury last week. He is facing charges of posssession of marijuana more than 50 grams; possession with intent to distribute marijuana five pounds or more but less than 25 pounds; and possession with intent to distribute marijuana within 500 feet of Larry D'Zio Park in Lakewood.

Lewis is free on $150,000 bail, which he posted Dec. 17, 2010.

The grand jury also indicted:

  • Raymond M. Behar, of Pioneer Drive, Brick, accused of possession of oxycodone without a valid prescription and possession with intent to distribute in Point Pleasant Beach on Feb. 10. Behar was released on a summons upon arrest.
  • Albert E. Difalco, of Lanes Mill Road, Brick, accused of criminal trespassing. Authorities say between June 19 and June 24 of this year, Difalco illegally entered or remained in the dwelling of Martin Kraft at 18 Kittiwake Avenue in Toms River.
