Berkeley Man Arrested In Brick For Numerous Acts Of Graffiti, Spraying 'SEAR'

A 19-year-old Berkeley man was charged with criminal mischief after spraying the word "SEAR" on numerous overpasses and commercial buildings in Brick and elsewhere, police said.

Brick Township Police, in conjunction with the South Orange Police Department and the New Jersey State Police, arrested Luke T. Trengrove for numerous acts of criminal mischief. 

Trengrove allegedly painted numerous pieces of graffiti, writing the word “SEAR” on overpasses, commercial buildings, traffic signs, and construction equipment.

Police believe that there may have been additional acts of vandalism, and the investigation is ongoing.
