Stay At Home Mama, (and props to you for being home with your kids...the most important job) I will explain my affiliation with the DeRosa family. Technically they rent the restaurant from Karma, however I don't consider them a tenant. I look at them as my partner. The DeRosa family has worked extremely hard over the last 6 years to create a great restaurant. We are expanding this spring to handle the immense requests for private parties, the addition of a sushi bar and cater to a new lounge. The DeRosa's are an asset to Seaside Heights. John Saaddy
