One lane is blocked on Garden State Parkway nortbound as authorities tend to an accident involving a dump truck, according to the New Jersey Turnpike Authority
At 9:33 a.m., the accident took place north of Exit 81, and Route 549/Lakehurst Road in Toms River. The right lane was blocked, the authority said.
