Snow Plowing

Does anyone in this town know how to plow a Cul-Dilsack ?
Everytime it snows my driveway is left with snow piled high in front of it, and I live at the start of the street !!!
I will say the one time Steve was out plowing himself he did it right!! About the only thing he did right for the town!
