Mold in Brick Schools

Former Central Adminstrations,and B.O.Eds.prior to 2010 were more concerned with their political agendas.....not facilities!It has come back to haunt everyone with "Mold"caused by antiquated HVAC systems between 40-50 yrs.old!Dehumidification is almost non-existent in these systems.The current B.O.E[2011-2013] has formulated a three category funding program to address the mold issue thru ESCO"S,ROD.GRANTS,and PRIVATE/PUBLIC PARTNERSHIPS[3P].......at NO COST TO TAXPAYER!Esco-31 boilers[4,000,000]and D.D.C./D.C.V.controls[2,700,000].Rod.-roofs,doors,and windows[3,500,000].P.P.P-unit ventilators[12,000,000].r.t.u.s[1-2,000,000].Summer 2014-15.
