IMMINENT DOMAIN

It is imminent that eminent domain is here to stay. It will be hard to view the ocean from a lesser point on those properties that are being affected but safety and the rule of law must take its prominent place before the hardship of losing desirable property is enacted. I feel for all those who are going through this procedure but maybe the sand berm will save a life in the near future...........you will have to grit your teeth and comply...............for this I give you comfort in knowing that you are doing something worthwhile and thank you very much.
