Horrible snow clean-up

I find it deplorable that the snow clean up in our town is so shabby!! Its been how many days since it snowed and DRUM POINT ROAD IS STILL Covered in some spots with icy snow bumps!! Ok It has been made known to me that Drum point rd and Brick Blvd are county roads. But still!! Don't even get me started on the developments roads. When I lived in Howell (until I was 20) ALL the roads were cleared regardless of state/county/township ownership!! Politics ruins everything. Meanwhile back at the farm public safety is put to the wayside. Ridiculous!! I don't know who is responsible for snow clean up (DPW?? Waste managament companies?? Private contractors??) but whoever it is has clearly dropped the ball. In my day the DPW did it which were the same men who drove the garbage trucks. ALL the roads were plowed regardless of location, and even the sidewalks were cleaned as well. We really need to institute a normal department fo rsnow clean up so our streets won't kill us or cause accidents. Everyone is so busy blame shifting that our saftey is being comprimised. Get it together BRICK!!
