UPDATE: Which Brick Landowners Must Provide A Dune Easement?

Brick officials have prepared more detailed mapping of areas needed for the "Storm Reduction Easements" program, officials say.

The maps show the approximate location of the easements as provided by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer's dune line and all of the property east of the dune line.

Each property shows the approximate square footage of easement area and the dimensions of the area, according to township officials.

The township is hopeful that these maps will provide enough information with regard to how much of their property will be needed to build the dune and beach nourishment project. It also shows the approximate location of the steel sheet revetment that will be offset 40 feet east of the dune line.
