Weekly GROW Group (Self-Help Group)

Every Tuesday night, GROW in NJ holds a support group in the basement of Brick Presbyterian Church.

GROW is an international mental support network, started in the late 1950s. If you suffer from depression, anxiety or just feel stuck, stop by and see if we can help you out.  Groups are free but voluntary donations after meetings are accepted.

Brick Presbyterian Church is located at 111 Drum Point Road, Brick, NJ 08723.

We meet in the basement, and the entrance is in the rear of the church, down the stairs near the fish pond.
