Community Corner
Smart Growth Development at "Old Foodtown" Property
Join other Brick residents to discuss ideas for the redevelopment of the Foodtown property. Many of us have voiced our opinions that the current developer's proposal for the construction of a 192 unit private "gated, high end" condominium community, 90+ rental apartments and 35,000 sq. feet of retail space is not acceptable. This is our opportunity to discuss alternative ideas with the intention of presenting alternative ideas to the Council and Mayor for their consideration. This is our opportunity to have input in what should be an open and transparent redevelopment process.
PLEASE NOTE THAT OCEAN COUNTY LIBRARY, BRICK BRANCH DOES NOT SPONSOR THIS EVENT.
