Life After High School Legal and Financial Planning
Presented by Donald Brown, Met Life Special Needs PlannerThe Point Pleasant Special Education Parent Advisory Committee (SEPAC) invites you to attend a workshop for parents of special needs children on "Financial Planning for Caregivers of Special Needs Children". The presenter, Donald Brown, from Met Life Center for Special Needs Planning, will cover topics such as: How to Begin the Planning Process, Government Benefit Eligibility, Guardianship and Conservatorship, Special Needs Trusts, Letter of Intent, and the importance of a Will.
Just a reminder - parents, teachers, grandparents and friends (in any community) are all welcome to attend the meetings. Babysitting is also provided by the "High School Ambassadors", so feel free to bring along your children! Refreshments will also be served, and we want the evening to be enjoyable and worth your time.

Our last meeting of the year is Wednesday, May 7th. At this final meeting, we will be giving awards and recognition to outstanding community members, as well as holding elections for the following year.
