This is an event that is fun for the whole family! It includes a 1 Mile Fun Run for Kids, a 5K Walk and a 5K Run. Everyone finishes on the field between 3rd base and home plate, with Buster, the Lakewood BlueClaws Mascot to greet you and cheer you on! :) The course is mainly flat, fast and scenic.

We have prizes galore! In addition to the top 3 femal and male overall 5K winners, we have the following top 3 male and female winners for these age categories: 14 & younger 15-19 20-29 30-39 40-49 50-59 60-69 70+ Additionally, all of the kids who are 12 and under and who complete the 1 Mile Fun Run will get a ribbon and a prize at the end! :) This year we have prizes for the top individual fundraiser, top team fundraisers, and largest team participating in the event! There will be a Fun Fair in which Insectropolis will be there to show off their "wears." We hope you can come out and join us! :)
